He was survived by his second wife, Eva, who was appointed one of the executors of his will, with the Penn Trust Co., of Norristown, Pa. In his will he mentions, ‘“‘my first wife, Anna Schwartz and her son’”’ buried at Rockhill or Gehman’s Mennonite Cem.; his sister, Amelia Hiltebeitel; brother, Henry H. Schwartz; Amelia Wisler, daughter of H. M. Hiltebeitel; one-sixth of the remainder of estate “to my brother, Henry H. Schwartz; one-sixth to my sister, Mary Godshall; one-sixth to my sister, Eliza Kline; one-sixth to my sister, Amelia Hiltebeitel; ” also mentions a deceased sister, Catharine Smith and a deceased brother, James H.
