According to will of Enoch Rittenhouse, William Nutz died before his wife, and they left children.

On June 4, 1818, William Nutz, tate of county of Lancaster, Little Britain Twp., City of Phila., tanner, and Susanna, his wife, deeded to James Nice of said city, cooper, 46 a., 112 p. being bought in 1816. [D.B. 13: 400] [ Unable to trace above family.]}
