Mr. Bieler made the drafts for the homesteads that appear in this book. They were completed only a short time before his death. For 21 years Mr. Bieler was organist of the “Upper District” Schwenkfelder Sunday School and was a teacher.in the Sunday School for many years. He was graduated from Perkiomen Seminary in 1908, and from Ohio Northern University in 1910.
