[160-14b] JOSEPH YEAKLE, same as above, m 2nd time, MARY HUSTON, b Feb. 19, 1817; d Feb. 14, 1877; dau John Huston.

Joseph Yeakle, the eldest son of Jacob and Gertrude Yeakle, was born in Springfield Twp., Pa., where he spent his entire life. Having engaged in farming Mr. Yeakle continued in this vocation until 1870 when he retired and made Flourtown his home. During his later years he was associated with his daughter-in-law, Mrs. Daniel W. Yeakle, in the management of a store in Flourtown. [Bean— Hist. Monig. Co.]
