Clarence E. Seitz was a graduate of the Hill School, Pottstown, Pa., and of Lafayette College in 1888. After his graduation he engaged in business in Easton, Pa. For several years he was a U.S, Internal Revenue agent, assigned to special examinations in corporation income tax.
