Farmer; Norristown, Pa., R. D. 5. J. Wayne Heebner is one of the progressive farmers in Norriton Twp., Pa., and is assessor of the township. For a number of years he served as a member of the school board of his township as did also his father; and now Grace Heebner, the daughter of Wayne, occupies a similar position.
