Walter Anderson Powell was Judge of the Circuit Court of Kansas City, Mo., where he spent his professional career. Having been born in Delaware, Judge Powell returned to his native state after retirement.
Mrs. Powell was President of the Delaware State Federation of Women’s Clubs, 1915-1918.
