Mr. Meschter is a physician; he is a graduate of Perkiomen Seminary, and the Medico-Chirurgical College, Phila. (1898). He is located in Pittsburgh, Pa., where he is medical examiner for the Pennsylvania R. R. (1920.) No issue.
