An Albert or Abner U. Howard married Martha Albertson who died Apr. 29, 1894. They had the following children: Minta, Abner, Norman, Caroline, and James. It is presumed that the above Abner U. Howard was a son of Charles H. and Sarah (Leidy) Howard, but no evidence has been found ‘to prove this connection.
