KERR, b Aug. 4, 1866; s Richard F. and Margaretta Anna Rebecca (Balthaser) Kerr ([74-85b]; m Dec. 20, 1899, MATTIE VIRGINIA FIELDS, b Mar. 18, 1873; dau William and Ruth Ann (Blair) Fields. Carpenter; 8 Sixth St., Upland, Pa. (1919.) William B. Kerr served as Clerk of Council of Eddystone for six years. He was also elected to the office of Chief Burgess for two years, when he resigned on account of removal from the borough.
