When the will of Samuel Shull was probated the wife renounced her right to administer in favor of Jacob G. Sholl, Augustus H. Smith and Henry R. Gabel, as Administrators. In the distribution of the estate, the widow received one-half, and the collateral heirs received one-half. Elizabeth Patzel received one-sixth; Maria Shipe, wife of John, one-sixth; issue of Tobias Shull one-sixth.
