1. Rebecea, ) Mar. 22, 1795; d Oct. 9, 1796.

2. Carl, b Aug. 31, 1796; d Nov. 25, 1820.

3. Nathan, b Mar. 21, 1798; d May 25, 1858.

4. Sophia, b June 7, 1801; d* May 2, 1830 (Aug. 9, 1826).

5. Maria, b Oct. 13, 1804; d Aug. 14, 1826.

*Sophia Krauss, wife of Joseph Gerhard, died May 2, 1830, aged 28 yrs., 10 mos., 26 da., making her birth date, June 7, 1801. Rev. Christopher Schultz preached her funeral sermon [S. H.L.]. She lies buried in the Kraussdale Schw. Cem. The dates indicate this was the above Sophia (4), but no other data has been found to establish the connection.

Jeremiah Krauss was also said to have had a son David, but this could not be verified.
