[49-18] ABRAHAM HARTRANFT, b Mar. 12, 1792; d Nov. 12, 1827; s Abraham and Catharine (Hirsch) Hartranft [49-7]; m ELIZABETH BUEHLER, d Feb. 26,-1892. Abraham Hartranft d intestate and left issue. In 1828 [Orphan’s Court records, Montg. Co., Pa.] is found a petition of Elizabeth Hartranft, widow and relict of Abraham Hartranft, late of Douglass Twp. The surviving children were Uriah, Ed ward, William and Abraham, all under 14 years of age. Elizabeth Buhler of Norristown, Pa., died Feb. 26, 1892; her will was signed Mar. 30, 1874; Uriah having died, letters of administration were issued to Edward: Edward died and letters were granted to Abraham, who died Jan. 27, 1893. Elisabeth’s estate was divided into six parts; one part each to Uriah, Howard, William and Abraham Hartranft; one to a daughter, Mary A. Jamison, and one to her son, Timuel Buehler.
